A workout consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds maximum effort work, followed by 10 seconds rest. Each Tabata is 4 minues long and usually 8 rounds per class. A mix of body weight and strength training is used in each class.
High Intensity Interval Training. This workout is compromised of high intensity exercise bursts followed by a small down time. Typically cardio and basic strength training are combined to create a high intensity workout.
A class using all the fun equipment and your own body weight. Think ropes, box jumps, dumbbells, kettlebell, slam balls and resistance bands.
A range of classes for all levels and capabilities (physical, emotional, and spiritual). Our intention is to create a safe space for students to come home to themselves through a place of love and acceptance, welcoming love and peace into the mind and body.
